We will first need to do a feasibility test to confirm coverage in your area. You will then need to place an order with us and cancel with your current ISP. We then take care of the rest. Please submit an enquiry and our Wireless team will guide you through the process.
What is the difference between Wireess and ADSL?
ADSL runs over copper lines. Copper often is unreliable, heavily contended and offers average speeds of around 4Mbps. It is also vulnerable to theft. Wireless is faster more reliable and works from an antenna on your rooftop which connects to your ISP mast.
How long does Wireless take to install?
On average lead time for Wireless is 7-10 working days . Due to high demand we currently have a client waiting list of 4-8 weeks.
What is the setup costs for Home Wireless?
The average installation fee for Wireless is R2500 depending on the term chosen. You will also require a router if you don’t already have one. We have a wide variety of routers available to suit your specific needs.
